Equipment: Please treat all lighting and gear with care. Clients are responsible for any damage to studio property.
Arrival/Departure: Please arrive and depart on time to respect the next photographer's booking.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the building. A $500 professional cleaning and restoration fee will be charged to the card on file for any violation of this policy.
Cleanliness: The studio must be left in the condition it was found.
