Studio Rules

To maintain our professional standard and preserve our `furniture and equipment, we ask that all guests adhere to the following rules.

• Strict No-Smoking/No-Vaping Policy: Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 cleaning and air restoration fee charged to the card on file. If you need to smoke, please step outside to the designated exterior areas.

• Session Timing: Your booked time includes setup and teardown. Please ensure the space is reset to its original state and you are ready to depart by the end of your scheduled slot to avoid overtime fees.

• Equipment & Handling: You are welcome to use our house lighting and modifiers. Please treat all gear with care. The booking party is financially responsible for any damage to equipment, furniture, or the studio space during their session.

• Floor Protection: To protect our flooring, please do not drag heavy furniture or equipment. If you need to move large items, please lift them or ask for assistance.

• Cleanliness & Special Effects: No glitter, small confetti, or fake snow. If your shoot involves body oils, paints, or water, please clear this with us in advance. A maintenance fee will be applied if professional cleaning is required post-session.

• Occupancy: Standard rentals are for up to 6 people (crew and talent). For larger productions, please contact us prior to booking to ensure the space can accommodate your team.
